Life coaching is the result of an intentional collaboration between a trained professional and a client for the purpose of identifying, achieving and excelling at identified goals. Goals may be career related, personal, spiritual, professional, financial, emotional or relational by nature. As your partner in co-creation, I will seek to help you magnify your personal power through the work we do together. The process of coaching uncovers and illuminates your core competencies, skills, values, passions and talents. Together we will use these discoveries to accomplish all of your goals!

To clarify, life coaching is not counseling or therapy. Life coaching does not address past traumas, depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, panic attacks or social phobias. While psychotherapists diagnose mental disorders as defined by the DSM-V, coaching focuses on results-oriented forward motion. As your personal life coach, I will assess your readiness for life coaching and if counseling is my recommendation, I will assist you in finding the right therapist or counselor.
